Established in 1926, PAMA has gained its position of prominence over the years in the field of boring and milling machines for large size components. PAMA products can be used in fields like energy, aerospace, shipbuilding, diesel engine, defence, earthmoving and general mechanics. Among its customers PAMA has companies like General Electric, Siemens, Ansaldo, Fincantieri, Vestas Wind Systems, Liebherr, König & Bauer, Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, Fiat Hitachi, Dalian Heavy Industries, Dong Fang Steam Turbines, Caterpillar, etc.

PAMA headquarters and factory are located in Rovereto on an area of 377,000 sqft, 215,000 of which are covered facilities. In the present year, the turnover, fully deriving from medium-large size boring-milling machines, is expected to reach 120 million Euro.

Production
The production is divided into three product families:
Speedram, floor type boring and milling machine with hydrostatic guideways and spindle diameter from 5” to 10”,
Speedmat, table type boring and milling machines characterized by high speed and acceleration, with a spindle diameter from 5” to 6”.
Speedcenter, multifunctional machining center for boring and milling for the complete machining of workpieces sized 39 x 79 in just one set-up.
