Company Profile:  Established as far back as 1966 for the manufacture of equipment to wash mechanical parts during overhauling, PASSAPONTI has developed, over the years, a wide range of machines and equipment for cleaning and surface treatment widely used in the production lines and cells of the mechanical, automotive and aerospace industry, then assuming the name of “PASSAPONTI metal cleaning technology” to better identify the company as a “global partner”. The production schedule is much wider than what can be illustrated by catalogues and audiovisuals, ranging from single machines to multistage automatic cleaning systems which have been experienced by prestigious customers throughout the world mainly in the automotive and the aviation industry.

Comments:
With the support of theEU within the program of R&D, Passaponti has recently realized a system to recover water from the spent baths of cleaning to be re-used in the same process with zero-liquid discharge. The system is fully integrated with the washers providing deionized water for automatic replenishing. Contaminants are concentrated til the original dry conditions.

Name: AGI-DIP Hyper Technical Description: Dunking washer for aqueous precision cleaning with ultrasonics. Automatic cleaning cycle for immersion - agitation - ultrasonic - filtration - oil removal - emersion. The system prevents redeposition of oil when lifting the parts from the liquid and optimizes the ultrasonic energy.
